My last project was a child's birthday cake. I had quite an experience with this one, as I didn't use the usual butter cream for the layers but butter-caramel (boiled condensed sweetened milk) concoction instead. So the sculpting part was rather interesting. Well, lot's of frosting on top and it looks pretty darn good. Don't have any process pictures as I was a bit frustrated, but here is the finished cake.
